Trustpilot data extraction

Company reviews with verification status, rating distribution, company responses, and response-time metrics.

Trustpilot is where B2C reputation is argued in public, and its records carry things most review sources do not: whether a review is verified, whether the company replied, and how long the reply took.

We deliver review streams for your own domains and for competitors, with rating distribution and response behaviour tracked over time.

Questions

Asked before.

Can we be alerted to new negative reviews?

Yes. A webhook fires on new reviews below a rating threshold, usually within the hour on a daily-plus schedule.

Can we benchmark against competitors?

Yes. Competitor domains are tracked on the same schedule, so TrustScore, volume, and response time sit side by side.

Do you capture whether the company replied?

Yes, including the reply text and how long it took, which is usually the more actionable number.

Next step

Send the fields, the geography, and how fresh it needs to be. You will get back what is achievable and what it costs to run, usually within a day.
