Lead enrichment and outreach automation
From a name on a list to a reply in the inbox.
A list is not a pipeline. Between them sits enrichment, deduplication, scoring, and a sequence that fires on the right signal — work that is mechanical, repetitive, and usually done by hand or not at all.
We connect the extraction to the CRM: leads arrive enriched and scored, duplicates never reach a rep, and outreach triggers on events like a new opening, a funding signal, or a job posting that says the buyer just started caring.

How it runs
Every stage, in order.
Each stage produces something the next one needs. Where a stage can fail, it fails visibly rather than passing bad data forward.
- 01
Ingest
Leads arrive from extraction feeds, saved searches, or your own lists.
- 02
Enrich
Firmographics, published contact routes, and technographic signals are added.
- 03
Dedupe
Matched against your CRM so a rep never receives an account they own.
- 04
Score
Fit and intent are scored on your rules, not on a vendor's black box.
- 05
Trigger
Outreach fires on the event you chose, not on the day the list was bought.
- 06
Hand over
Replies and positive signals route to a human with the full context attached.
Deliverables
What you get.
Written into the scope document before work starts, and used as the acceptance test when it finishes.
- 01Enrichment pipeline from source feed to CRM record
- 02Deduplication against records you already hold
- 03Scoring model on your fit and intent rules
- 04Trigger rules on the signals you define
- 05Personalised outreach drafted per lead
- 06Suppression lists, send caps, and reply detection
Questions
Asked before.
Does this send email on our behalf?
It drafts and sequences. Sending goes through your own domain and tooling, under your suppression lists and send caps, and replies route to a person.
Can it work with our existing CRM?
Yes. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce are common; anything with an API is workable.
How do you avoid duplicate outreach?
Deduplication runs against the CRM before anything is queued, at both company and contact level.

Review response
New reviews across Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and Yelp routed, classified, and answered with a draft your team approves.
ServiceCandidate sourcing
Candidates sourced against a live brief, screened on your criteria, and delivered as a ranked shortlist with the reasoning attached.
Next step
Scope it before you commit to it.
The first step is a short written scope: fields, volume, schedule, delivery, and acceptance criteria. It is quick, it is concrete, and it tells you whether this is worth doing at all.
