Private-seller French property listings — no agency stock — which makes it the primary source for direct-owner prospecting.
PAP carries only particulier-à-particulier listings. There are no agencies on it, which is exactly why it matters: every record is an owner selling or letting directly.
For agencies and brokers that means a clean prospecting list. For market analysts it means a private-sale price series that agency portals do not contain.

Why scrape PAP specifically?
Because there are no agencies on it. Every listing is a direct owner, which is a different dataset from the agency portals and the reason most clients want it.
How quickly do new listings arrive?
As fast as the schedule you buy. For prospecting, hourly is normal, because the value of a new private listing decays within a day.
Do we get seller contact details?
Whatever the listing publishes. Where the platform routes contact through a form rather than publishing a number, there is no number to return, and we will not pretend otherwise.
