Glassdoor job listings with pay ranges and employer ratings, for benchmarking salaries across cities.
HR and reward teams use it to benchmark pay for a role across cities, and recruiters use it to see how competing employers rate with their own staff. Where Glassdoor estimates pay, the range runs from the 10th to the 90th percentile, and a listing is flagged when the employer supplied the figure. The date Glassdoor labels as the posting date is refreshed about every 30 days, so we work out the posting date from the listing's age in days.
